Rites of Spring  - Saturday, May 16

                Appetizer:  Goat Cheese Crostini with Pesto

                Soup:  Simple Asparagus Soup

                Salad:   Tangy  Spinach Salad

                Vegetable:  Pea and Fresh Mint Risotto

                Main Course:  Rainbow Chart  Tart

                Dessert:  Rhubarb Cobbler



The Peak of the Season – Saturday, July 25

                Appetizer:  Crudite platter with dip

                Salad:  Marinated Green Bean and Early Girl Tomato

                Soup:  Brazilian Fish Soup

                Vegetable:  Grilled Summer squash

                Main Course:   Skewered  tuna and vegetables

                Dessert:    Baked peaches with yogurt




Harvest Happiness -  Saturday, September 12

                Appetizer:  Fresh Brushchetta

                Soup:   Warm and spicy Butternut Squash soup

                Salad:  Carmelized carrot salad

                Vegetables:  marinated roasted beets

                Main course:   Roasted vegetable lasagna

                Dessert:  Poached pears
